Whiskey Barrel Lid Wedding Anniversary Guest Book

This barrel lid will come unsealed, we do recommend after the guest book has been signed that you seal the barrel lid with a finish to protect it, if you'd like we offer this as an additional service.  Barrel Lids will differ from what is seen in the photos, this is because each barrel lid is uniquely made and used at the distillery in which it came from originally.  All lids have blemishes such as stains, saw marks, gashes, markings, and gaps between boards, we select only barrel lids that will have a beautiful look when finished.

Each guest book is made to order, and is created in our shop right here in Missouri.  We take extreme pride in making these lids, from the chosen stain, to hand painting making sure it is going to be wedding keepsake that lasts a lifetime and is cherished. 

We glue our lids before they go through any engraving process to ensure no separation of the pieces will occur later.  After the lid is finished we immediately back the lid with a hardboard and stabilizing strips and finish with felt. Together both those processes ensure that a year from now or 10 years from now your barrel lid wedding memento will still be one piece and not separated.  We are one of the few shops that take this extra step to make sure you are getting a quality item.
